The most likely types are evaluated from all the possible combinations of your cognitive functions in different positions within your stack. Keep in mind that 100% accurate tests don't exist. Your cognitive processes are very complex and depend on thousands of different factors.
Don't be afraid if these results don't match with the type you expected. If that happens:
- perfect tests don't exist. Take them with a grain of salt.
- it is possible your answers were biased in some ways. Take the test again in a few days to see how results differ from each other.
- it is possible that your type is not what you believe it is. Continue researching your true self!
Don't take these results as definitive, rather a very likely direction to continue your research. The best way to type yourself is to learn more about yourself and how your brain works.
You can learn more about self-typing on our Instagram page and our Guide to self-typing.
Cognitive Functions score
Your strongest cognitive functions are Extraverted Intuition, Introverted Thinking, Extraverted Thinking and Extraverted Sensing.
- Attention!
- Your highest scoring types have a very similar score. That means there's uncertainty with your results and you should take these with a grain of salt. We suggest retaking the test in a couple days.
mistype.investigator's formula is good at identifying the four cognitive functions that most likely compose your cognitive functions stack.
The formula is defined as follows:
type = a × fdom + b × faux + c × fter + d × finf
and is evaluated for each of the 16 types. The highest scoring type is the most likely one.
For this formula, the following coefficients are used: a = 1.4, b = 1.0, c = 0.6 and d = 0.2.
According to the score evaluated by Grant-Brownsword's formula, your most likely MBTI type is ENTP, followed by INTP and ISTP.
Grant-Brownsword's formula is the one used by some cognitive function's test like Sakinorva.
The formula is defined as follows:
type = a × fdom + b × faux + c × fter + d × finf
and is evaluated for each of the 16 types. The highest scoring type is the most likely one.
For this formula, the following coefficients are used: a = 1.25, b = 0.75, c = 0.25 and d = -0.25.
According to the score based on the axis, your prefer extraversion over introversion, intuition over sensing, thinking over feeling, and perceiving over judging.
According to the type families' formula, your most likely MBTI type is ENTP, followed by INTP and ESTP.
The type families' formula is used by some cognitive functions tests like Keys2Cognition.
This is an advanced section that allows you to tweak your stack coefficients in the formula we provide. Only use this if you know what you are doing.
The formula is the same used for MI and Grant-Brownsword scores, and is defined as follows:
type = a × fdom + b × faux + c × fter + d × finf
You will be able to decide the a, b, c and d coefficients values, ranging from -2.0 to 2.0.
For example, in case you are aware that your auxiliary function is as strong as your dominant one, you can set the b coefficient higher.
